A non executed project done combining six subjects by 5 classmates for our second year of university. The main purpose of this project is to create a realistic eco - friendly hotel in the assigned country (Vienna, Austria), focused research on subjects on Facilities, Food and Beverages, Human Resources, Rooms Division, Accounting, and Marketting.

Project | Cultural Night 2017.1 - A Night in the 20s
A bi - annual project coordinated and managed by the each batch of final year events stream students. Lecturers and management are supportive and help set realistic restrictions if needed and provide feedback throughout planning and on the day of the event. The group is divided into departments of the following: Food & Beverage, Performance, Decorations, Finance and Events Coordinating. Being the Head of Food and Beverages department, there are many departments to work with: Purchasing, Food and Beverage Manager, Chefs and each country's leader to make everything seamless.
